The appeal is dismissed permission is refused for and outline planning application with means of access from Rogers Lane to be determined (internal access, layout, scale, appearance, and landscaping reserved for subsequent approval) for the erection of up to 80 dwellings (Class C3), public open space, balancing pond and other ancillary and enabling works, together with the demolition of existing building on site at Land east of Rogers Lane, Ettington, Stratford on Avon, CV37 7SU. The application Ref 14/00118/OUT, dated 14 January 2014, was refused by notice dated 12 August 2014. The appeal is made by Charles Church Developments Ltd. against the decision of Stratford on Avon District Council.
