The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for a residential development of up to 48 dwellings including associated access, parking, landscaping and open space with all matters reserved (except access) on land east of Seymour Road and north of London Road, Rainham ME14 3EN in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref MC/21/2225, dated 23 July 2021, subject to the conditions.
