The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the development of land for the provision of 22 custom/self build dwellings with associated access, parking provision and amenity space on land east of St Edmunds Lane, Great Dunmow, Essex in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref. UTT/14/0472/OP, dated 18 February 2014, subject to the conditions in Appendix 1. The appeal is made by St Edmunds Lane Partnership against the decision of Uttlesford District Council.
