The appeal is allowed and the reserved matters are approved, namely the siting, design and external appearance, and landscaping details submitted in pursuance of condition No 1 attached to planning permission Ref 04/00586/OUT dated 26 March 2007 and subject to the conditions set out in the schedule to this decision letter.
