The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for 20 residential dwellings with means of access approved and all other matters reserved on the land lying to the south of Dunlin Walk, Iwade, as identified on the indicative layout at Land lying to the south of Dunlin Walk, Iwade ME9 8TG in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 18/506328/OUT, dated 10 December 2018, and subject to the conditions.
