The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for the
erection of 24 dwellings, new access and provision of open space at Land North
of 92 Chesterfield Road, Higham, Derbyshire DE55 6BN in accordance with the
terms of the application, Ref 19/00056/OL, dated 21 January 2019, subject to
the conditions in the attached schedule.
