The development proposed for the erection of 10 no. two storey dwelling houses including affordable housing together with the construction of a new access off the B4009, parking and garaging, landscaping and all enabling works has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Rectory Homes Ltd and Orchestra (Turners Green) Ltd against the decision of South Oxfordshire District Council.
The application Ref P22/S1433/FUL, dated 8 April 2022, was refused by notice dated 3 November 2022.
