The development proposed for an outline planning application for the erection of up to 220 dwellings including affordable housing with public open space, structural planting and landscaping and sustainable drainage system (SuDS) with vehicular access point from Bedwell Road, all matters reserved except for means of access, has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Gladman Developments Limited against the decision of Uttlesford District Council.
The application Ref UTT/19/2266/OP, dated 9 September 2019, was refused by notice dated 15 April 2021.
