The appeal is allowed, and planning permission is granted for the demolition of existing buildings and reconfiguration of existing parking to construct a new car park at Appeal Site B, and the erection of up to 180 dwellings together with open space, landscaping, drainage features and associated infrastructure at Appeal Site A, in accordance with the terms of planning application Ref CB/23/01751/OUT, dated 18 May 2023, and subject to the conditions.
