The appeal is allowed, and outline planning permission is granted for up to 30no. dwellings including access off Ells Lane, and demolition of the existing stabling on site, with all matters reserved except for access at Land North of Ells Lane, Bloxham, OX15 5EE in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 23/00065/OUT, dated 6 January 2023, subject to the conditions.
