The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for construction of
58 residential units with associated access, landscaping and amenity space at
Land North of Fairfields, Long framlington, Northumberland in accordance with
the terms of the application, Ref 18/03231/FUL, dated 7 September 2018,
subject to the conditions set out in the attached Schedule.
