The proposed residential development, of up to 112 Dwellings together with vehicular / pedestrian access from Gatewen Road, open space, landscaping, sustainable drainage and other related infrastructure has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Glyndwr University against the decision of Wrexham County Borough Council.
The application Ref: P/2018/0674 dated 12 June 2018, was refused by notice dated 1 July 2019.
