The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for construction of fourteen dwellings including access, parking and off-site highway works at Land north of Good Intent, Edlesborough, LU6 2RE in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 21/00780/APP, dated 18 February 2021, subject to the conditions.
