The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for demolition of existing structures and erection of residential dwellings with associated infrastructure and open space (with all matters reserved apart from access into the site) at land north of Hemingfield Road, Barnsley, S73 0PW in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 2024/0122 and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions.
