The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for up to 175 dwellings and associated works (all matters reserved except means of access to the site from Frilsham Street) at Land north of Hobbyhorse Lane, Sutton Courtenay OX14 4BB in accordance with the application Ref: P21/V2682/O, dated 9 September 2021, and the plans submitted with it, subject to conditions.
