The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for a residential development of 137 dwellings, open space, landscaping, and associated infrastructure and Community Centre with associated car parking and recreational space at Land North of Hull Road, Selby, YO8 6QJ in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref ZG2024/0023/FULM, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions.
