The proposed development originally described as ‘Outline planning application for the development of approximately 41 dwellings including access, open space, SuDS and associated infrastructure with all matters reserved except for access’ has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Guy Munden, Northumberland Estates against the decision of Northumberland County Council.
The application Ref 18/04527/OUT, dated 21 December 2018, was refused by notice dated 17 January 2020.
