The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for 10 dwellings, including access, parking, landscaping and associated infrastructure at Land north of Midland Road and east of Brooks Road, Raunds in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 18/01109/FUL, dated 31 May 2018, subject to the conditions set out at the end of this decision.
