The appeal is allowed, and planning permission is granted for the construction of up to 40 dwellings, with all matters reserved for future determination, with the exception of access, at land north of Old Bristol Road, East Brent in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 24/19/00015 STP, dated 5 April 2019, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions.
