The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission (all matters reserved except for access) is granted for up to 655 residential dwellings (including 30% affordable dwellings) at land north of Possingham Farmhouse, Great Chart, TN26 3BQ in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 22/00571/AS and subject to the conditions.
