The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for residential development of up to 57 dwellings together with new vehicular accesses onto Parkfields and Quakers Road, parking, pedestrian links, areas of public open space and landscaping at land north of Quakers Road, Devizes, Wiltshire SN10 2FH, in accordance with the terms of application Ref 21/02477/OUT, dated 25 February 2021, and subject to the condition.
