The development proposed for 35 new dwellings, including 35% affordable housing with vehicular and pedestrian access via Dropping Holms, the provision of public open space, associated infrastructure and landscaping has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Adams of Fairfax Acquisitions Limited against the decision of Horsham District Council.
The application Ref DC/20/0427, dated 28 February 2020, was refused by notice dated 29 May 2020.
