The development proposed for the erection of up to 161 residential dwellings, involving the demolition of an existing dwelling (no. 18 St Andrews Road) to create a new access onto St Andrews Road, and associated landscaping and open space has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Vistry Homes Limited against the decision of North Devon District Council.
The application Ref: 73875, dated 2 August 2021, was refused by notice dated 28 September 2022.
