Appeal A:
The proposed residential development for up to 26 dwellings (of which 50% would be affordable) with associated car parking, access, internal roads, public open space (including retention of the existing WWII Pill Box), landscaping, drainage and other associated infrastructure has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Greystoke Land Limited against the decision of Wiltshire Council.
The application Ref 19/02147/OUT, dated 26 February 2019, was refused by notice dated 6 August 2019.
Appeal B:
The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for residential development of up to 20no. entry-level affordable dwellings with associated car parking, access, internal roads, public open space, landscaping, drainage and other associated infrastructure at land north of St George’s Road, Semington BA14 6JN in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 20/01306/OUT, dated 11 February, subject to the conditions at the end of the decision notice.
