The development proposed for the erection of 16 dwellings, with new access off Stockbridge Road, together with garaging, parking and landscaping, and proposed new area of public open space and all enabling works has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr & Mrs A Cooper & Abbeymill Homes against the decision of Central Bedfordshire Council.
The application Ref CB/22/01488/FULL, dated 25 April 2022, was refused by notice dated 11 January 2023.
