The proposed development for an outline application for redevelopment of the site to provide up to 55 dwellings, ancillary parking and associated infrastructure with all matters reserved except access has been dimissed.
The appeal is made by Rydon Homes Ltd against the decision of Horsham District Council.
The application Ref DC/22/0301, dated 3 February 2022, was refused by notice dated 28 February 2023.
