The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for outline planning application (all matters reserved except means of access only in relation to a new point of access into the site) for residential development for up to 56 dwellings, including the creation of a new vehicular access, public open space, landscape planting, pumping station, surface water attenuation and associated infrastructure, at Land North of Webbs Court, Lyneham, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref PL/2021/11175, dated 26 November 2021, and the plans submitted with it, subject to conditions.
