The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for up to 150 residential dwellings (including up to 25% affordable housing), introduction of structural planting and landscaping, informal public open space and children’s play area, surface water attenuation, with all matters reserved other than details of main site access and emergency access, at Land North West of Swanland Equestrian, West Field Lane, Swanland, East Riding of Yorkshire HU14 3PG in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 19/00790/STOUT, dated 27 February 2019, subject to the attached schedule of conditions.
