The development proposed the development of 35 residential units with associated garaging and parking and infrastructure including off site highway improvement works and a replacement pre-school children’s daycare nursery facility with associated car parking has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Piers Bryant of Heyworth Properties Ltd against the decision of Tunbridge Wells Borough Council.
The application Ref 21/00519/FULL, dated 11 February 2021, was refused by notice dated 27 May 2021.
