The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development of 39 flats and houses with associated landscaping, open space,parking and vehicular access at Land Off Anne’s Walk, Caterham CR3 5EL in accordance with the terms of the application Ref TA/2018/2445, dated 7 December 2018, subject to the conditions in the attached schedule.
