The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development of 27 dwellings including access, estate roads and landscaping on land off Antron Way, Antron Way, Mabe Burnth house, TR10 9HS in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref PA18/49092, dated 1 May 2018, and, subject to the conditions included in the schedule to this decision.
