The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for an outline planning application with means of access from Ashmead Drive (all other matters reserved for subsequent approval), for the erection of up to 50 dwellings (Class C3); earthworks; drainage works; structural landscaping; formal and informal open space; car parking; site remediation; and all other ancillary and enabling works at Land off Ashmead Drive, Gotherington in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 19/01071/OUT, dated 25 October 2019, subject to the conditions set out at the end of the decision notice.
