The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for “Outline application with all matters reserved except access for the erection of up to 70 dwellings (including 40% affordable dwellings), public open space, landscaping, and sustainable drainage systems (SuDS) and vehicular access point. All matters reserved except for access” at Land off Barcombe Mills Road, Barcombe Cross, East Sussex in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref LW/22/0459, dated 5 July 2022, subject to the following conditions.
