The proposed development for an outline application for up to 46 dwellings, new planting and landscaping, vehicular access point from Balls Lane and associated ancillary works, all matters reserved with the exception of the main vehicular access, has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Kodiak Land against the decision of Bedford Borough Council.
The application Ref 18/03161/MAO, dated 14 December 2018, was refused by notice dated 26 March 2020.
