The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development at Land off Briansway/Churchtown Vale, Saltash, Cornwall in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref PA14/10131, dated 22 October 2014, subject to the conditions in the attached Annex. The appeal is made by Westward Housing Group against the decision of Cornwall Council.
