The appeal is allowed, and planning permission is granted for residential development (up to 160 dwellings), associated works, including demolition, infrastructure, open space and landscaping with vehicular access from the A38 at Land off Brook Lane, Twigworth, in accordance with the terms of the application 21/00976/OUT, dated 16 July 2021, subject to the conditions.
