The development proposed for an outline planning application for the erection of up to 98 residential dwellings including 5 live/work units, structural planting and landscaping and a sustainable drainage system (SuDs) with a vehicular access point from Burgate Lane, all matters reserved except means of access, has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Gladman against the decision of South Norfolk District Council.
The application Ref 2019/1593, dated 31 July 2019, was refused by notice dated 29 April 2020.
