The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for twenty nine affordable dwellings with a mix of bungalows, flats, two and three bedroom houses at Land off Chywoone Hill, Newlyn, Cornwall TR18 5LL in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref PA21/03460, dated 26 March 2021, subject to the conditions.
