The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development at Land off Cliff Road/Heath Lane, Welton, Lincolnshire in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 131492, dated 10 June 2014 subject to the conditions set out in the annex hereto. The appeal is made by R H Ward (Welton) Limited and Mr P Linder against the decision of West Lindsey District Council.
