The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 55 dwellings with associated works (access to be considered with all other matters reserved) on land off Crewe Road, Winterley in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 19/3889N, dated 14 August 2019, subject to the conditions set out in the Schedule to this decision.
