The appeal is dismissed and refused planning permission for a high quality residential development with associated open space, access and infrastructure, in accordance with application ref: 13/03127/OUT, dated 12 July 2013 by the Secretary of State.
The Secretary of State initially issued his decision in respect of the above appeal by way of his letter dated 7 July 2016. That decision was challenged by way of an application to the High Court and was subsequently quashed by order of the Court dated 10 August 2017. The appeal has therefore been redetermined by the Secretary of State, following a new inquiry into this matter. Details of the original inquiry are set out in the 2016 decision letter.
