The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 225 dwellings (including 40% affordable housing) with public open space, landscaping and sustainable drainage system (SuDS) and a vehicular access point on land off Desford Lane, Ratby, Leicestershire LE6 0HF in accordance with the terms of the application Ref 21/01295/OUT, dated 15 October 2021, and subject to conditions.
