Accordingly, for the reasons given above, the Secretary of State agrees with the Inspector’s recommendation. He hereby dismisses the appeal and refuses planning permission for residential development of up to 80 dwellings, creation of new access and associated open space, landscaping and drainage infrastructure at land off Elizabeth Road/Victoria Road, West Haddon, Northamptonshire in accordance with application number DA/2013/0480, dated 26 June 2013. The appeal is made by Miller Homes against the decision of Daventry District Council.
