The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 315 dwellings with convenience store (class E) public open space, landscaping, sustainable drainage system (SuDS) and vehicular access point at land off Exeter Road, Rockwell Green, Wellington in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref: 43/23/0099, dated 29 September 2023, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the condition.
