The development proposed for the change of use from former/approved employment land to residential comprising the erection of 16 dwelling and associated junction/access, parking, amenity space and landscaping has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by W E Black Ltd against the decision of Buckinghamshire Council.
The application Ref 22/02988/APP, dated 18 August 2022, was refused by notice dated 30 January 2023.
