The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 40 dwellings (including affordable housing), structural planting and landscaping, informal public open space and children’s play area, surface water flood mitigation, vehicular access point and associated ancillary works at Land off Front Road, Woodchurch, TN26 3SA in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 21/01284/AS, dated 7 July 2021, subject to the conditions.
