The proposed development for the erection of up to 50 dwellings (15 affordable) with access from Badshot Lea Road has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr P Martin against the decision of Waverley Borough Council.
The application Ref WA/2018/2196, dated 20 November 2018, was refused by notice dated 30 September 2019.
