The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for residential development of up to 260 units with all matters reserved except access at land off Harborough Road, Desborough NN14 2QY in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref KET/2019/0606, dated 28 August 2019, subject to the conditions in the attached schedule.
