The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of 56 affordable houses, 12 retirement living bungalows and a multi-storey retirement living building accommodating 58 units on land off Highfield Road, Askern, Doncaster in accordance with the terms of the application Ref 19/02264/FULM, dated 16 September 2019, and subject to the conditions set out at the end of this decision notice and the S106 agreement.
