The development proposed was described as “The development is an outline application for construction of up to 65 dwellings, all matters reserved except access, comprising 50% affordable housing, community hub (Class E/F), parking, landscaping and associated works including demolition of existing structures on site” has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mulberry Land against the decision of West Northamptonshire Council.
The application Ref WND/2021/0717, dated 28 October 2021, was refused by notice dated 7 October 2022.
